Happy Birthday-Belated!

Here's a late shout out to my baby! He turned 2 on Monday October 6th. What a complete joy he is to me and I love everyday I get to spend with him. Right now he is copying everything we say and he loves to go to the bathroom in his potty only when one of us is going to the bathroom at the same time:) One thing I absolutely love about him is the fact that he loves to serve. I will change his diaper and right away he wants to throw it away for me. If I have groceries he runs to help me. He picks things up after me and puts them where they should go (makes me feel a little lazy sometimes:). He loves to take showers. He loves to sing and dance and make us laugh. He loves hugs and kisses and he absolutely loves time with his dad. Oh yeah, I can't forget...he loves to play doggy. Oh yeah and sometimes the part I take foregranted that I am so thankful for...he eats anything I give him! I have never had to make him "kid" food...he always eats what we eat. Some of the eats he likes that we have are: chili soup and taco soup (dipping crackers in them), tortillas, chimichangas, sandwiches, almost any kind of meat, especially chicken and sausage, eggs, bananas, yogurt, bran muffins, etc. Seriously this kid eats things you would think kids don't eat. It makes my days much easier and I love when he says, "mmmmm". It is the greattest compliment to my cooking:)

No one ever told me it would be a blast to be a mom! I love it. I love him. Happy Birthday to my little bean.

Finances

I have to share this site with you all....
www.daveramsey.com
Okay maybe all of you have already discovered it, but I just did! My neighbor shared it with me and seriously he has some great simple plans to get out of debt and to save. He gives an order to finances, something I sometimes think is hard to get an order on. He is very wise...so it would be very wise to check his site out:)

Also, he gives his strategy for the economic crisis today and how he thinks it can be improved without having to approve a bailout.

Anyway, hope you enjoy it as much as I do:)
